Trinity Health ACO promotes an environment that encourages all Trinity Health ACO colleagues, contractors, providers, suppliers and Medicare beneficiaries to report, in good faith, any actual or suspected fraud, waste, and abuse, violations of law, regulation, or Trinity Health ACO policies.

The ACO Integrity and Compliance Hotline is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by an outside organization and you have the option to remain anonymous if you so choose.

Retaliation is subject to discipline up to, and including, termination of employment, or termination of participation in or business relationships with Trinity Health ACO.
