LIVONIA, MICH., July 10, 2024 – Trinity Health today announced that Daniel (Dan) Drake has been named chief executive officer (CEO) of its three national continuing care organizations: Trinity Health Senior Communities, Trinity Health At Home and Trinity Health Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), effective August 1.

“We are confident that Dan will elevate the quality of care we provide to our communities,” said Trinity Health’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Ben Carter. “Our continuing care organizations are essential to fulfilling our mission and unifying these organizations under one leader will enable us to make even greater strides in service excellence and community impact."

Drake joined Trinity Health in 2014 and has 25 years of leadership experience in long-term and community-based services. As president and CEO of Trinity Health PACE, he oversees more than 20 programs across 12 states, achieving exceptional performance with double-digit growth since 2020. Previously, he expanded home health and PACE services for the Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic region, making them the largest providers in Pennsylvania and among the largest in the nation.

Drake began his career as a registered nurse and holds an MSA and a BS degree from West Chester University.
