Support Trinity Health Peer Recovery Support Services with Select Flower Purchases at Albertsons Stores

Spring is in the air! Celebrate the season by picking up a fresh bouquet of flowers, while also making a difference in someone else’s life at the same time.
Now through the end of June, all Extending Smiles by debi lilly design™ bouquet purchases at most Albertsons family of stores will include a $.75 donation to Trinity Health’s peer recovery support services.
Made possible through Community Health and Well-Being, Trinity Health peer recovery support services are delivered by individuals in recovery from substance use disorders to peers with substance use disorders or co-occurring mental disorders. Peer recovery support providers aim to help individuals achieve and maintain recovery.
Gems Group, Albertsons’ floral supplier, has generously partnered with Trinity Health Philanthropy Services on multiple flower bouquets to include a charitable giving component over the past few years. In 2020, more than $80,000 was raised to support Trinity Health’s COVID-19 Response Fund, and from 2021 to 2022, more than $170,000 was raised to support Community Health and Well-Being initiatives.
“Trinity Health’s mission of serving as a transforming healing presence is so well aligned with the Extending Smiles by debi lilly design™ campaign,” said Christine Hansen, Director of Philanthropy Strategy and Operations. “We are deeply grateful to our partners at Gems Group, debi lilly design™ and the Albertsons Family of Stores for their commitment to giving back to important causes all year round.”
