Application & Selection Process
Application Process
Trinity Health uses NAFCAS (National Administrative Fellowship Centralized Application Service) exclusively for the fellowship application process.
- June 7, 2024: NAFCAS application cycle opens
- September 9 – 27, 2024: Phone interviews will be conducted to screen verified applicants
- September 27, 2024: Deadline for submissions (there will be no exceptions to this cutoff)
- October 2 – October 9, 2024: Interviews for select candidates
- October 9 – November 1, 2024: Offer period
**NOTE: Since each Trinity Health Fellowship Cohort includes multiple fellows, our selection process necessitates more time compared to programs with only one or a few positions to fill. This means that the timing for extending offers falls later within the offer period (September 28 – November 1). According to the National Council on Administrative Fellowships (NCAF) Code of Good Practice, applicants have ten (10) calendar days to hold an offer, meanwhile, interviews with other fellowship sites may proceed. If you have interest in a fellowship with Trinity Health, but you have not received an offer, keep this hold option in mind.
Requirements for consideration:
- Applicants should possess a master's degree or expect to obtain one before the fellowship begins mid-June 2025. Applications from students enrolled in master's programs that necessitate a fellowship to fulfill degree requisites are also accepted
- Graduate academic records
- Current resume / CV
-
