Andre Waddell is the Director of Payer Strategy and Consumer Products for the Indiana market. In addition to regional contracting for two facilities and a physician network with 50 practices, Andre has oversight of Saint Joseph Health Insurance Services (HIS). HIS is a direct-to-consumer insurance sales and services-focused agency with three storefronts on senior Medicare products, education, and coverage for the uninsured.
