Your manager will complete a badge request form to be submitted to the security office.  Badges are issued Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 10:30 am or by appointment.

  • System Office Livonia Security Contact:  734-343-1111

The identification badge is a vital part of Trinity Health’s security system.  The ID badge is issued to employees upon their first day of employment if required for your position and work location.

Colleagues who work remotely or at a RHM,  will not normally be issued a badge for System Office.

The ID badge serves a dual purpose as an electronic key to enter the building and other secured areas, as needed.

If an identification badge is lost or stolen, employees must obtain a replacement. A fee may be assessed for all replacement badges. Lost or stolen cards should be reported to Security as soon as possible. Employees who repeatedly report to work without their ID badge, fail to wear an ID badge, or have excessive loss or damage to cards, are subject to disciplinary action.

Employees are responsible for having their badges to gain entrance to System Office locations. Employees should not use their badge to allow other employees to gain entrance, nor should they hold doors open for those that don’t have their badge.

Employees who work at an RHM or other work location may be issued a badge specific to the location where they work and are expected to abide by local security protocols for that location.
